Microscopic examination of the liver biopsy reveals granulomas that consist of plasma, lymphoid, giant multinuclear Pirogov-Langhans cells, small vessels with signs of endo- and perivasculitis, and foci of caseous necrosis are found. The conclusion of the pathologist: liver tuberculosis. Is the pathologist right?
