A 40-year-old patient complained of weight loss, the presence of multiple brown nodes in the skin and subcutaneous tissue. A month before, she accidentally damaged a pigment spot in the interscapular region. With the increasing phenomena of cachexia, death occurred. At autopsy, black-brown nodes were found in the subcutaneous tissue, liver, lungs, and lymph nodes. Effected tumor
