Male 32 years old. Clinical diagnosis: gastric cancer. He died of cachexia. At autopsy: flabby heart, myocardium dull, pale, brown. Cardiomyocytes contain an isotropic pigment of golden brownish color (Perls color is negative). Pigment in cardiomyocytes
